This device is a single-output synchronous buck regulator for point-of-load conversion with FAST constant on-time control. It operates from a 2.7 V to 16 V input and provides a 0.9 V to 5.5 V output with up to 20 A output current. The regulator supports switching frequencies from 600 kHz to 1000 kHz, integrates an internal bias LDO, and includes over-voltage protection. It is qualified for industrial use over a -40 °C to 125 °C operating range and is supplied in a PG-TSNP-21-1 surface-mount package.
