This integrated POL voltage regulator is a single-phase, single-output buck regulator rated for up to 25 A. It operates from a 2 V to 17 V input range and supports a 0.6 V to 6 V output range with a precision 0.6 V reference. The device uses fast constant on-time control with selectable 600 kHz to 2000 kHz switching frequency and supports forced continuous or diode emulation operation. It includes selectable soft-start, enhanced pre-bias start-up, selectable overcurrent protection, enable input voltage monitoring, power-good output, and thermal shutdown. The device is offered in a PG-IQFN-22-2 package for industrial applications and is specified for operation from -40 °C to 125 °C.
