This device is a fully integrated single-phase buck voltage regulator for point-of-load power conversion. It operates from a 4.3 V to 17 V input range and provides a programmable 0.6 V to 6 V output with up to 40 A maximum output current. The regulator uses a fast constant-on-time control architecture, includes an internal bias LDO and Power Good output, and supports industrial operating temperatures from -40 °C to 125 °C.
