High-speed, single-channel audio amplifier IC featuring a 420MHz -3dB bandwidth and 1.75GHz gain bandwidth product. This surface mount device offers a 6500V/µs slew rate and 120mA output current per channel, operating from dual supplies between 4.5V and 18.5V or single supplies from 9V to 37V. With a 62dB common mode rejection ratio and 65dB power supply rejection ratio, it provides excellent signal integrity. Packaged in an MSOP-8 (HTSSOP) for tape and reel distribution, this lead-free and RoHS compliant component is suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C.
