The TLC5904 is a constant-current LED driver with selectable 8 or 16-channel output. It features 256-step pulse width modulation (PWM) for grayscale control and 32-step analog brightness adjustment. The device includes error flags for LED disconnection/short circuit detection (OVM), a watchdog timer (WDT), and thermal shutdown (TSD). It supports a 15 MHz data transfer rate via an 8-bit parallel interface.
