The TLC5925 is a 16-channel constant-current LED sink driver designed for LED displays and lighting applications. It contains a 16-bit shift register and data latches that convert serial input data into parallel output format. The device provides 16 regulated-current ports to ensure uniform LED brightness despite variations in forward voltage. Output current is adjustable from 3 mA to 45 mA via an external resistor (Rext). It supports a maximum output voltage of 17 V and a high clock frequency of 30 MHz.
