The TLC5927-Q1 is a 16-channel constant-current LED sink driver designed for automotive LED display and lighting applications. It features 16 regulated-current ports that provide uniform and constant current for driving LEDs regardless of forward voltage variations. It includes a 16-bit shift register and data latches to convert serial input data into parallel output format. The device supports 256-step programmable global current gain and features error detection for open-load, shorted-load (to ground or VLED), and over-temperature conditions.
