The TLC69601 is a 16-channel, constant current sink driver designed for LCD local dimming backlights. Each device integrates 16 sinks with SRAM for brightness storage and connects via a two-wire serial interface in a daisy chain topology supporting up to 1024 devices. It features adaptive headroom voltage control (AHVC) for DC/DC optimization, 15-bit brightness resolution, and protected diagnostic flags for LED open/short and thermal shutdown.
