The TLC69604 is a 16-channel constant current sink LED driver designed for LCD local dimming backlights. It supports 4-time multiplexing control when used with a scan MOSFET controller. Each channel provides a maximum output current of 30mA with a 20V maximum output voltage. The device features 15-bit brightness resolution, hybrid PWM control, and an adaptive headroom voltage control (AHVC) for high system efficiency. It includes diagnostics for LED open/short detection and thermal shutdown.
