The TLC69610 is an 8-scan MOSFET controller designed to work with TLC696x2/4/8 16-channel local dimming backlight LED drivers. It facilitates flexible P-MOSFET driving with a maximum driving current of 60mA and a sustaining voltage of 20V. The device features a high-speed daisy chain interface with data transfer rates up to 20MHz and includes display quality improvements such as Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) support and programmable black insertion.
