The TLC69614 is a 16-channel constant current sink LED driver designed for LCD local dimming backlight applications. It supports 4-time-multiplexing to control up to 64 mini-LED zones. The device features high-precision current sinks with a maximum output of 60 mA and 20 V, a high-speed daisy chain interface with data transfer rates up to 20 MHz, and hybrid dimming control with up to 15-bit resolution. It includes diagnostics for LED open/short detection and thermal shutdown.
