The TLC69614-Q1 is an automotive-grade 16-channel constant current sink LED driver designed for local dimming backlight applications. It supports 2, 4, or 8 time-multiplexing scans to drive up to 128 LED zones (64 zones for this specific variant). Each channel provides up to 60mA at a maximum output voltage of 20V. It features 15-bit PWM brightness resolution, high-speed daisy chain interface up to 20MHz, and comprehensive diagnostics including LED open/short detection and thermal shutdown.
