The TLC69650 is a scan MOSFET controller designed to work with current-sink drivers like the TLC696x2/4/8 series to achieve 2/4/8 time-multiplexing control. It integrates 16 constant current sinks for up to 8 scan MOSFETs control, featuring ghost-cancellation, adaptive headroom voltage control (AHVC) for DC/DC optimization, and variable refresh rate (VRR) support to eliminate flickering in LCD local dimming backlights.
