The TLC69660 is a scan MOSFET controller designed to work with current-sink drivers like the TLC696x2/4/8 to achieve 2/4/8 time-multiplexing control. It integrates 16 constant current sinks to control up to 8 scan MOSFETs and features a ghost-cancellation function. The device includes an adaptive headroom voltage control scheme to directly control DC/DC for optimized system efficiency and supports high-speed daisy chain interfaces up to 20MHz.
