The TLC69668-Q1 is an automotive-grade LED driver with 16 constant current sink channels designed for LCD local dimming backlight applications. It supports up to 8x time-multiplexing to drive up to 128 mini-LED nodes. The device features high-precision current sinks with up to 15-bit PWM brightness resolution and an 8-bit global maximum current setting. It includes a high-speed daisy chain interface supporting data transfer rates up to 20MHz and is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive environments. To enhance system efficiency, it incorporates low power consumption modes and EMI mitigation schemes such as 4-phase-shifting.
