This automotive 3D magnetic sensor measures Bx, By, and Bz magnetic flux density over an I2C interface with 12-bit data resolution. It operates from 2.9 V to 3.5 V and supports junction temperatures from -40 °C to 125 °C in a TSOP-6 package. The device is intended for linear, rotary, and 3D position sensing applications and supports connection to an external microcontroller over a 2-wire standard I2C bus. It is AEC-Q100 qualified and is offered in tape-and-reel packaging.
