Differential two-wire Hall effect sensor IC provides rotational speed information for vehicle dynamics control and ABS applications. The sensor uses a two-wire current interface and operates without external components. Dynamic self-calibration cancels magnetic offsets up to ±20 mT and supports operation with north or south pole pre-induction. The device operates from 4.5 V to 20 V over a -40 °C to 150 °C junction temperature range and supports differential induction from -120 mT to +120 mT. The PG-SSO-2-1 plastic package uses pure tin lead plating and is specified with high ESD and EMC robustness.
