Programmable dual linear Hall sensor for highly accurate angle and position detection in automotive and industrial systems. It outputs a digital Short PWM Code signal based on the SENT protocol and supports synchronous transmission, dynamic range selection, and ID selection for up to four ICs on one output line. The device provides 16-bit overall resolution, a configurable magnetic range of ±50 mT, ±100 mT, or ±200 mT, and operates from a 4.5 V to 5.5 V supply with extended operation from 4.1 V to 16 V. Digital temperature and stress compensation, EEPROM-stored programmable parameters, and on-board diagnostics improve stability over temperature and lifetime. It is qualified for automotive applications to AEC-Q100 and is identified as a RoHS compliant green product in the datasheet.
