Dual-die GMR angle sensor for safety-related rotary position sensing with 360° measurement and analog outputs. The device is optimized for 3.3 V systems and supports a supply voltage range from -0.5 V to 6.5 V. It operates from -40 °C to 125 °C, senses magnetic fields from 21 mT to 50 mT, and is supplied in a PG-TDSO-16-2 dual-SMD package. Separate supply pins for the top and bottom dies, pre-amplified output signals, quick start-up, and 0.1° angle error support high-accuracy applications.
