This magnetic angle sensor uses GMR technology and integrates two sensor ICs in one package for a fully redundant automotive design. It measures 360° rotation with 0.01° resolution and supports SPI and IIF interfaces. The device operates from -0.5 V to 6.5 V, works with a magnetic field range of 25 mT to 70 mT, and is specified from -40 °C to 150 °C. It is ISO 26262-ready and is supplied in Infineon's PG-TDSO-16 surface-mount package.
