This automotive integrated power stage is part of the OPTIREG™ multiphase family and is qualified to AEC-Q100 Rev H Grade 1. It combines a synchronous buck gate-driver IC with control and synchronous MOSFETs in a compact package optimized for PCB layout, heat transfer, control timing, and reduced switch-node ringing. The device supports a 4.25 V to 16 V input range, operation up to 2 MHz, and a 60 A thermal design current with 60 A to 90 A output current capability. It also integrates current sensing, bootstrap capacitor auto-replenishment, advanced protection features, and advanced fault reporting.
