Phototransistor optocoupler uses a gallium-arsenide infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a photo-transistor output. The surface-mount mini-flat package supports office equipment, programmable controllers, AC/DC input modules, telecommunication circuits, and I/O interface boards. It provides a minimum 80 V collector-emitter voltage rating and a 3750 Vrms minimum isolation voltage. The Y current-transfer-ratio rank supports 50% to 150% CTR at 5 mA input current and 5 V collector-emitter voltage. Recommended operating conditions include up to 48 V supply voltage, 20 mA forward current, and -25 °C to 85 °C operation.
