Дополнительная информация

Automotive coreless Hall-effect current sensor measures AC or DC busbar current in high-voltage, high-current multiphase systems. Its programmable-gain signal path provides a fully differential output, 250 kHz bandwidth, 2.6 µs response time, and 500 ns overcurrent-detection response. The device operates from 3 V to 5.5 V and across −40 °C to 150 °C, with AEC-Q100 grade 0 qualification and Functional Safety-Capable documentation. Its multi-sensor algorithm reduces displacement and vibration error, while frequency compensation addresses eddy-current amplitude error and full-scale measurement error remains below 0.5% at current levels exceeding 1000 A.
