The TPA10 TekProbe to ProBus Adapter enables legacy Tektronix TekProbe interface level II probes to be used with Teledyne LeCroy oscilloscopes equipped with a ProBus interface. The adapter provides power and offset control to the connected probe and communicates the probe's scale factor to the oscilloscope automatically. It supports a wide range of Tektronix probes including voltage, current, active, and differential types up to a 4 GHz bandwidth.
