The TPS61055 is a high-frequency synchronous-boost converter with a constant current sink designed to drive single white LEDs. It operates in four modes: Torch and Flash (up to 700mA), Voltage-Regulated Boost (5.0V), and Shutdown. The device uses a 2-MHz switching frequency allowing for small 2.2-μH inductors and features an integrated LED turn-on safety timer, zero-latency TX-masking, and up to 96% efficiency.
