The fixed-output low-dropout linear regulator supplies 3.8 V at up to 100 mA from inputs up to 16 V. It provides enable control and reverse-current protection for battery-powered and portable systems. Typical dropout voltage is 170 mV at 100 mA, with 90 µA typical quiescent current and 190 µVrms output noise. The device uses a 5-pin SOT-23 DBV package and operates over a -40 °C to 125 °C temperature range.
