Fixed-output low-dropout linear regulator provides a nominal 2.5-V output from a 2.7-V to 10-V input. It supplies up to 150 mA and includes a logic-controlled enable for low-power shutdown. Thermal shutdown and overcurrent limiting protect the regulator, which operates over a −40°C to 125°C junction-temperature range. The device uses a five-pin SOT-23 package measuring approximately 2.9 mm by 2.8 mm.
