The TPS922050 is a 1A non-synchronous buck LED driver with a wide input range of 4.5V to 65V. It integrates a 300mΩ low-side NMOS FET and features an adaptive off-time current mode control scheme. The device supports both analog dimming (200:1 ratio) and fast PWM dimming with pulse widths as low as 50ns. It includes comprehensive protection features such as LED open/short detection, cycle-by-cycle current limiting, and thermal shutdown.
