The TPS92360 is a boost converter with a 40-V rated integrated switch FET designed to drive LEDs in series. It features a 1.8-A internal MOSFET with a minimum 1.2-A current limit, making it suitable for single or parallel LED strings in small- to large-size panel backlighting. The device regulates feedback voltage to 204 mV and supports PWM brightness control through the CTRL pin without generating audible noise on the output capacitor. It includes integrated protections such as open LED protection, thermal shutdown, and undervoltage lockout.
