The TPS92411 is a 100-V floating MOSFET switch intended for use in offline LED lighting applications. It is designed to be used in conjunction with a current regulator to create a low-ripple LED driver solution reaching power factors greater than 0.9. This architecture eliminates the need for inductive components, reducing size and cost while providing performance similar to traditional flyback, buck, or boost based AC/DC LED drivers. It features controlled switching transitions to minimize EMI and includes under-voltage lockout (UVLO) and overvoltage protection (TPS92411P).
