The TPS92513 is a 1.5A step-down (buck) current regulator with an integrated 220-mΩ high-side MOSFET designed to drive high current LEDs. It operates over a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 42V and uses peak-current mode control with a user-selected fixed switching frequency from 100 kHz to 2 MHz. The device features a dedicated PWM dimming input and an analog current adjust pin that allows the internal voltage reference to be varied from 0V to 300mV.
