The TPS92513HV is a 1.5A step-down (buck) current regulator with an integrated 220-mΩ high-side MOSFET designed to drive high-current LEDs. It operates over an input voltage range of 4.5V to 60V with peak-current mode control. The device features separate inputs for analog and PWM dimming, a user-selected fixed switching frequency from 100kHz to 2MHz, and an internal oscillator that can be overdriven by an external clock for multi-string synchronization.
