The TPS92623-Q1 is a three-channel automotive linear LED driver featuring a unique thermal management design to reduce temperature rise. It operates directly from automotive batteries with a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 40V. Each channel provides high-precision current regulation up to 150mA with ±5% accuracy. The device includes independent PWM pins for brightness control and a shunt resistor interface for thermal sharing by dissipating power away from the IC. Integrated protections include LED open-circuit, LED short-to-GND, and thermal shutdown.
