A CMOS- and TTL-compatible enable input supports shutdown operation, while internal current limiting and thermal shutdown provide protection. The regulator operates across a -40 °C to 125 °C junction-temperature range and comes in a five-pin SOT-25 package. Tape-and-reel packaging contains 3,000 devices on a 7-inch reel.
