The VO4157M is a general-purpose optocoupler with a nominal input voltage of 1.2V and a maximum input voltage of 1.4V. It features a reverse breakdown voltage of 6V and a maximum output current of 300mA. The device is packaged in a ROHS compliant DIP-6 package and is rated for operation up to 100°C. It is not radiation hardened and is available in quantities of 2000 per packaging unit.
