A 4-port direct-operated poppet solenoid valve provides large-flow vacuum service in a compact base-mounted VQD1000 configuration. The valve is rated for air service up to 0.7 MPa and vacuum operation down to -101.2 kPa. The 24 VDC latching coil uses an M plug connector without connector and includes light and surge voltage suppression. M5 ports, dust-tight enclosure, unrestricted mounting orientation, and -10 to 50 °C ambient and fluid temperature operation are specified. The X16 made-to-order specification provides oil-free treatment for fluid-contacting parts, and the Q suffix indicates CE compliance.
