A general purpose high-voltage single diode rectifier module in the ADD-A-PAK Generation VII package rated for 100 A average forward current at a case temperature of 112 °C. It blocks up to 800 V repetitive peak reverse voltage with a maximum RMS forward current of 157 A and a peak one-cycle non-repetitive surge current of 2020 A at 50 Hz. Maximum forward voltage drop is 1.55 V at 25 °C, and maximum peak reverse leakage current is 10 mA at 150 °C. The junction and storage temperature range spans -40 °C to 150 °C, with a junction-to-case thermal resistance of 0.22 °C/W. The module is designed for easy mounting on a heatsink and is intended for high voltage regulated power supplies, lighting circuits, temperature and motor speed controls, UPS, and battery charger applications.
