It supports up to 2 A DC forward current, has 1 °C/W junction-to-solder thermal resistance and a 115° viewing angle. The surface-mount package is reflow solderable and supplied on 1000-piece tape-and-reel packaging with unlimited MSL 1 floor life at 30 °C and 85% RH.
