CeraCharge is the first solid-state rechargeable battery in SMD technology. It is based on a multilayer ceramic technology, similar to MLCCs, but functions as a lithium-ion battery. This surface-mountable component features a solid ceramic electrolyte instead of liquid electrolytes, eliminating the risk of fire, explosion, or leakage of liquid.
