Vacuum generator unit combines an ejector, internal suction filter, exhaust silencer, supply and release valves, and a vacuum switch in a compact metric configuration. The selected configuration uses a 1.3 mm nozzle and a standard 0.35 MPa supply pressure. The solenoid valve is rated for 24 VDC and uses an L-plug connector with a 0.3 m lead wire, light, and surge voltage suppressor. The E15 vacuum switch provides one output without analog output and a 200 degree setting range, with a 3 m grommet lead-wire electrical entry. The unit has Rc thread type, side or bottom vacuum port entry, and a release-flow adjusting needle with lock nut.
