Step-up DC/DC converter integrates a 26 V, 1.1 A switch and programmable soft-start for controlled startup current. The regulator operates at a 2.1 MHz switching frequency and supports boost outputs up to 24 V from a 2.7 V to 12 V input range. Current-mode PWM operation provides predictable output noise for filtering, and shutdown current is below 1 µA. The orderable device uses an 8-lead 3 mm × 2 mm DFN package with exposed pad and is rated for −40 °C to 85 °C operation.
