The regulated isolated DC-DC converter series provides 1 W output power in an industry-standard DIP package with a single output. Models cover 3.3 V, 5 V, 12 V, 15 V, and 24 V nominal inputs with 3.3 V to 24 V regulated outputs and up to 303 mA output current. The modules provide 1,500 Vdc input-to-output isolation, 120 mVp-p maximum ripple and noise, and up to 89% typical efficiency. Operation spans -40°C to +105°C with derating, with continuous auto-recovery short-circuit protection and RoHS compliance.
