The LM195QML is a fast, monolithic power integrated circuit with complete overload protection. It acts as a high gain power transistor with on-chip current limiting, power limiting, and thermal overload protection. It can deliver load currents in excess of 1.0A and is virtually impossible to destroy from any type of overload. The device directly interfaces with CMOS or TTL and the base can be driven up to 40V without damage.
