Triple voltage regulator provides a 3.3 V PFM DC/DC converter output rated to 200 mA and two low-noise linear regulator outputs at 3.0 V and 1.9 V rated to 20 mA each. The device operates from a 1.9 V to 3.3 V input and is intended for two-cell input supplies. It includes logic-controlled electronic shutdown, a low-battery detector, and a virtual ground pin. Operation is specified over a -40 °C to 85 °C junction temperature range in an SO-14 package.
