Synchronous step-down buck DC/DC converters provide adjustable output regulation from 0.6V up to the input voltage. The family supports 1A and 2A output-current variants with power-save mode or forced-PWM operating options. The devices switch at approximately 2.4MHz and integrate 100mΩ high-side and 70mΩ low-side MOSFETs. Protection and control features include enable, fixed soft start, hiccup short-circuit protection, thermal shutdown, UVLO, output discharge, and optional power-good output. The DRL SOT-563 package has six pins and a nominal 1.6mm by 1.6mm footprint.
